Saturday Morning Breakfast

This stovetop griddle/grill was the best $30 investment I've made in a while. It worked great for my Jamican Jerk chicken last night and for the french toast and eggs this morning. We're having left overs today but instead of chicken, it'll be shrimp. There was only one piece of chicken left last night....it was that good! Now to find another recipe for next week. Any ideas?
