I love fried green tomatoes and was so happy when I found some at the Farmers market this past weekend. They were perfect for fried green tomato BLT's. They were really good, but the next time I make them I will have more bacon on the sandwiches. I like my sandwiches piled high, and this one was kind of skimpy. I guess I was off my sandwich game that day.More fried green tomato love here.
