Le'ts play catch-up, shall we?
Spring Break - we took the boys to Kings Dominion and to DC. I have tons of pictures, but it would take all day to edit and post. And really, I don't have all day!
Elijah wasn't feeling the roller coasters. He got on 2 or 3, but that was only because we made him. He at least had to try them before he decided he didn't like them. Ezekiel rode on all of them except one. It had been so long since I rode roller coasters! I was definitely feeling it by the end of the day.
The next day we went to DC to explore the museums and I got to meet my brother Edward (another post coming on that subject later)
While in DC we were told we need to check out Ben's Chili Bowl - the chili fries were the bomb! The hotdogs were hotdogs. Not too much different you can do with a hotdog.
We also rode our first subway. I don't know how people in NYC/big cities do this day in and day out. It would be good knitting time, but other than that, don't think I could do it.
So that was our Spring Break in a nutshell!
Since then, our life has revolved around work/school and baseball! Fonzy and the boys are all playing.
Phew! Now we are all caught up! That was quick huh?

On my boys first experience on a subway there was a man of Islamic decent admonishing sinners in all of their fornicating ways. His rant was explicit. The boys have loved the subway ever since!
ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteYou've been missed! Great pictures, it shows you guys had fun. I can do the subway with no problem but riding on a rollercoaster is a whole different discussion. I never ride them, I'm too scared. Nice seeing you here.
Hugs,
Love the family picture at the amusement park:)
