Baby Doll Making Cont.

Both boys had basketball games tonight, so baby doll knitting continued. While knitting away, I noticed a little boy, and a few women watching me knit. The little boy of about 4 seemed fascinated with it. I thought he would ask what I was doing when I noticed him, but he just smiled. I smiled back and he continued to watch the arm of my doll unfold.

Spring Like

The weather today was glorious!

After having all this cold, dreary weather today was such a treat. We were able to take the dogs out walking, and I was able to enjoy my porch swing.

I'm so ready for Spring and porch swing weather! Bring it on!

Carrot Cake Cupcakes

I've never been big on cupcakes, but the past year or so I've been loving them. I've been trying out different recipes or just making them out the box. Tonight's cupcakes are out the box, but they tasted so good! Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Would definitely make again! On the search for a unique cupcake to make for our 2nd annual Valentines Bake Sale at the office. Last year I made French toast & bacon cupcakes w/maple butter cream frosting. They were a big hit and people keep asking me to make them again. Not sure I can top those!
